Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, the requirement of Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) communication with wireless LAN(CSMA/CA) has been increasing. In this paper, a performance for V2V crash warning application is evaluated. V2V uses broadcast that is used to transmit a frame to all neighbors. A situation between V2V and normal WLAN communication is different for example, the number of competition nodes and moving speed. It may cause serious frame error. However, by evaluating a model with capture effect which is not always considered in previous study, the quality could be improved. At first, when neighboring vehicles are 50 with considering capture effect, it shows that high communication quality can be achieved. On the other hand, when the number of neighboring is more than 100, the performance is worse even with considering capture. And it is clarified that a communication accuracy is still unstable for the crash warning application.
