Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) On user-generated recipe-sharing sites such as Rakuten recipe and COOKPAD, various modifiers such as "Kid-friendly" and "Simple" are often used for naming the recipes to signify their characteristics. Although a modifier is used in a number of recipes' titles, the underlying concepts utilized vary. In this paper, we propose a method that extracts "Recipe Concepts" by analyzing elements of recipes in terms of addition, deletion, and replacement. Specifically, we obtain typical ingredients and cooking utensils by summarizing the recipes for a dish to extract additional elements and deleted ones between the elements of recipes and the typical elements and extract replaced elements by determining co-occurrence relation between additional elements and deleted ones.
