Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Failure detection and isolation of wireless nodes are required for resilient wireless multihop networks. Though various multiple-path routing protocols have been proposed under an assumption of the fail-stop failure model, it is a too sevire restriction for application of the protocols to wireless multihop networks. This paper proposes a novel data message transmission protocol and a routing protocol for the failure detection. Here, cooperate failure detection of an intermediate wireless node is realized by cooperation of its previous-hop node and their neighbor node. In addition, mutual observation between these neighbor nodes is efficient for their own Byzantine failures.
