Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) With advancement of IP-based information and communication technologies, VoIP services such as "Skype" and "Line" have commonly been used. These VoIP services often suffer from the voice intermittence and transmission delay. Most of the researches to solve this issue focus on enhancement of QoS which is expressed by physical parameters on the network and few researches investigate QoE with user-centric evaluations. In this paper, a packet control based on the blank time of conversation will be proposed in order to improve the QoE of VoIP services. In addition, the effectiveness of the proposed method will be shown with subjective evaluation through an experiment.
