Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Optically reconfigurable gate arrays (ORGAs) have been developed as a type of dynamically reconfigurable gate array. ORGAs have a high-speed reconfiguration capability along with numerous reconfiguration contexts. Moreover, ORGAs have a high fault tolerance for radiation. Thig paper presents radiation tolerance of a holographic memory of an ORGA by using a gamma radiation source.
