Abstract(in English) Phase shifter (PS) and 3-dB coupler included in two-mode (de)multiplexer based on silica-based planar lightwave circuit with 1.5%-Δ are structurally optimized to reduce their wavelength dependency of transmittance. Its wavelength dependency of transmittance is reduced over the C-band after optimization on the width and length of the MMI coupler.
