| 抄録(和) | 情報の高速・大容量化デマンドを受け、IEEE802.3,OIF等のフォーラム標準化団体は100G/400G光トランシーバの標準仕様審議を行い、関連する電気・光インターフェースの議論を進めている。両標準化団体の審議内容について400G標準化を含めたその最新状況を報告するとともに、光トランシーバの小型/低消費電力化技術について紹介する。 |
| 抄録(英) | In order to realize high-speed and large-capacity transmission systems on information technology, the forum standardization bodies such as IEEE802.3/OIF are discussing the standards on 100G/400G optical transceivers, and also on the related optical and electrical interfaces. The recent topics in those standardization bodies, including 400G, are reviewed, and the technologies to realize the small form factor and low power consumption transceivers, are introduced. |
