A Dynamical Analysis of Heat Transfer in Electricity and Heat Supply System

Abstract(in English) This report analyzes dynamics of heat supply in a multi-energy system with two CHP (Combined Heat and Power) plants. The analysis is based on numerical simulations and dynamical systems theory such as the method of normal forms and the theory of invariant manifolds. Under no heat transfer an invariant manifold representing a steady operating condition of the CHP plants is located, and the local orbit structure near the invariant manifold is analyzed. Persistence of the invariant manifold under a perturbation of non-zero heat transfer is then investigated for understanding the dynamics of heat supply.
