Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In situ observation of direct electron transfer (DET) reaction of cytochrome c immobilized on ITO electrode was performed by slab optical waveguide spectroscopy. Additionally in situ observation of DET reaction of cytochrome c immobilized on ITO electrode modified with phosphonic acid compounds self-assembled monolayer film was carried out.
