| Abstract(in English) | The current study investigated the real-time processing of German sluicing constructions with temporarily ambiguous antecedents. With reanalyzed antecedents, a decrease in reading times was observed several words downstream from the ellipsis site, possibly due to a reactivation effect that aided memory retrieval. |
