| Abstract(in English) | Act on Electronic Signatures and Certification Business was revised and duties of Public Certification Service for Individuals ware changed to the duties of Japan Agency for Local Authority Information System. In addition, a card equipped with a digital certificate is changed from the Basic Resident Register card to the personal number card. Furthermore, the digital certificate for the authentication will be published in addition to the digital certificate for the signature. In this way, a use scene of the public digital certificate spreads. On the other hand, the recent mobile terminal such as smart phone and tablet spread explosively. Organization receiving service using a mobile terminal safely is required. To realize it, it is necessary to write in the certification information such as the digital certificate and key pair for a secure element on the mobile terminal safely. We propose a method to issue an digital certificate for a secure element connected to a mobile terminal via the mobile terminal that safety is not guaranteed. |
