Abstract(in English) Organic electronics have been drawing attention because of advantages of organic transistors, such as mechanical flexibility and low-cost fabrication. Therefore, many researchers have proposed various organic circuits and systems taking those advantages. In this paper, research trends and recent progress in organic electronics are introduced. Then, as one of the recent developments in organic electronics, a flexible and wireless wet sensor sheet based on organic transistor technology is presented.
