Abstract(in English) A 90-nm fully nonvolatile microcontroller employing three-terminal eMRAM cell into both nonvolatile logic and memory circuits was demonstrated. It achieved 20-MHz operating frequency, zero standby leakage by power gating technique and 120-ns wakeup time without forwarding of re-boot code from memory.
