| Abstract(in English) | Since JIS Z8115 standard of reliability term was revised in 2000, 14 years have passed. There was the existence of the terms that have no longer fit the era by obsolescence, and then the revision committee of JIS Z8115 was launched in 2009. At present, the draft of JIS standard consistent with the reliability term of IEC has been completed. This paper provides an overview of the standard as the first report. |
