Abstract(in English) | Satellite communication is drawn attention as valid communications. The National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) developed small sized vehicle station with auto tracking antenna system for WINDS. It enabled to structure a satellite line during movement by using this vehicle earth station. Furthermore, the vehicles which was urgently dispatched shared disaster information with this vehicle, and developed the Communication system for emergency vehicle to gather more information of emergency and damage. In this paper, we show the result of the network which was constructed mobile satellite communication and Communication system for emergency vehicle. |
