Abstract(in English) | This paper deals with miniaturized vital sensing nodes for keeping human health. The sensing node can be patched directly on a human body like as an adhesive plaster, and will be disposable in near future. Our study covers wide range of the field such as basic MEMS technologies, sensors, power generators, flexible and expandable substrate with biocompatibility, low power integrated circuits and demonstration model using usual parts in the market. In the paper, we show a summary of our work and specific circuits for measuring electrocardiogram that is most important vital signal. |
