Abstract(in English) We report recently developed 9xx nm high power laser diode bars for pumping solid-state lasers, fiber lasers and direct laser processing. We have achieved an output power of 300 W and a conversion efficiency of up to 60% under CW operation, as a result of optimizing the laser diode design, introducing the window structure, developing new assembly technologies and improving cooling capability. In addition, life test at an output power of 300 W confirms 1000 hours stable operation and the test is ongoing now.
