Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We are studying a new neutron detector referred to as a current-biased kinetic inductance detector (CB-KID). We also design signal processing circuit for the neutron detector with processing time of 2 ns. These actual circuits were surrounded by a superconductor to suppress the fluctuation of a residual magnetic field. Furthermore, we reduced the number of Josephson junctions by 40% by optimizing wiring elements. We measured an optical response of serially-connected 500 CB-KIDs and its the intensity dependence. We also examined the signal processing circuits and confirmed the correct operations.
