Abstract(in English) In the telecommunication world AM, FM, PM whose information is analogue signal was sustained but its technical stream is transited to PWM, and via FDM and TDM. And then the fact in which the phase is advantageous was recognized and so QPSK was focused. QAM is the modulation way which takes not only phase but also rough amplitude of signal. But exposed by jitter, sometrimes the signal space diagram are inclined minutely. In the SP committee in 2014 July. there was the presentation from the auter that the improvement of its mis-aquiring of simbols on diagram by jitter using one of reinforcement learning, Q-learning was studied, focusing on 256QAM. In this thesis how the hardware design without non training were discussed from the another angle in order to solve its jitter.
