| Abstract(in English) | NICT has developed a TV white spaces database which conforms to the specification of Ofcom for the TV White Space Pilot. The database has passed all the required checks, and was listed as a qualified database for the Pilot in June 2014. This paper presents the system overview, the development and qualification process, and the performance of the database. |
