Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Body area network (BAN) requires increasing kinds of bio-information to be treated and development of sensors to detect human information. Our goal is monitoring of human motion in real-time by using ultrasonic sensors. In this report, we made sing-around type ultrasonic sensors. The period of output signal changes as the distance between the sensors changes. Opening angle of elbow was estimated for evaluation of the sensors.
