| Abstract(in English) | The use of the radiation in the medical care extends to diagnosis such as X-rays CT and PET, many aspects including the radiation therapy of the malignant tumor. However, the use of the radiation has the risk of radiation exposure while it brings much profit. We must always consider balance of this usefulness and risk in radiation medical treatment. The influence of the radiation is classified in deterministic effects to occur in a certain threshold or more and stochastic effects including carcinogenesis and the heredity influence. The ICRP recommendation assumes 100mSv the aim of the radiation dosage safety limit for public exposure, however no dose limits is defined in medical use. The element controlling medical exposure is 1.guidelines prescribed by medical societies, 2.adaptation restrictions of pharmaceutical products by PMDA and 3.health care insurance. The medical doctors pursue the profit of the patient while considering these three regulations. To compare with radiation use, wireless communication regulation is too hard without usefulness of the electric wave use being estimated. It is important to deregulation by emphasizing the usefulness for promoting wireless communication in the medical care. |
