| Abstract(in English) | Dynamic spectrum access and spectrum sharing technologies have attracted attention for realizing flexible spectrum use against to the current monopolistic spectrum allocation of individual wireless systems. In order to realize dynamic spectrum usage, the reliable protection of prioritized systems and the spectrum selection with adaptive wireless parameters are required with considering the demands of users and applications of secondary system. However, indeterminant radio propagation influences to the quality design of wireless system with adaptively selecting frequency margin for spectrum sharing and with deciding protocol parameters of the secondary system. As a result, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of primary and secondary systems. In this paper, we introduce a concept of spectrum resource management based on the measurement spectrum database. This database can obtain high accurate spectrum status, which cannot be obtained in the current model based spectrum estimation by using the database. Advanced spectrum sharing and spectrum selection are expected to be utilized at secondary systems. In this paper, we introduce not only the concept of the spectrum databse but also elemental researches and results of field tests for creating the advanced spectrum database. |
