A method of CFAR detection in the correlated clutter

Abstract(in English) The probability density function of clutter that is produced by reflection from ground and so on, varies according to Rayleigh distribution when the mean power of the clutter is constant. And the method that calculates the threshold coefficient of CFAR (Constant False Alarm Rate) is known. However, the conventional method that calculates the threshold coefficient of CFAR is required that the mean power of the clutter is constant. In this paper, we propose a new method that calculates the threshold coefficient of CFAR when the mean power of the clutter is not constant.
