Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, according to the development of HPC (High Performance Computing) technologies, large-scale numerical analysis is carried out in various fields. I/O bottleneck with the storage device which is low speed becomes the problem, because we have to treat enormous and large-scale data in large-scale numerical analysis. In this paper, we propose the novel I/O method, which realizes the high performance data store on network, in large-scale numerical electromagnetic field analysis. To realize proposal methd, we preliminarily implement I/O API with RDMA.We measured network I/O performance with proposed I/O method.
