Abstract(in English) | This report proposes a method to determine the absolute time of a sensor event in a sensor device which does not have clock for low cost purpose. Time synchronization of the clock-less sensor device is compensated by recording an environmental data such as room temperature with the sensor event. The environmental data is also collected with accurate time by a clock-equipped sensor device. Correlation analysis in a cloud server determines clock times of the events measured in a clock-less sensor device. This report shows the feasibility of the proposed method by recording time series temperature data and evaluating similarity of them revealing that even if the absolute temperature measurement is different, high correlation can be observed with high resolution sensor. In case of temperature sensing, we can achieve less than 1 minutes clock synchronization with events measured by a clock-less sensor. |
