Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose an improvement for the method of embedding and detecting data for a printed image using a camera of a mobile phone. The proposed method is based on the data diffusion method, however several points which are not investigated in the conventional method are reconsidered for improving the detection of data. In addition, the possibility of the use of plural captured images by using the motion image capturing technique is also examined. The selection of the captured images which are expected to obtain the high detection rate is proposed. From the experimental results, it is shown that the proposed method is effective for improving the data detection.
