Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose an optical satellite communication system which can dynamically compensate the signal beam wavefront using phase conjugation technique. The proposed system converts the signal beam wavefront into the phase conjugate wavefront using the double phase conjugate mirror formed by the photorefractive materials and communication beams. By using the time reversal wave and wavefront compensation effect produced by the phase conjugate wavefront, the automatic tracking of satellites and the background light reduction can be achieved at the same time. In addition, we consider the application of proposed method for the visible light communication on the ground.
