Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, in order to realize future super high bit rate and high capacity mobile communication network, on the enhancement of Phantom cell concept that newly overlays a small cell (using relatively higher frequency band) on a macro cell (using relatively lower frequency band) of the current cellular system and that separately connects radio links for Control (C)-plane and User (LT)-plane to the macro cell and the small cell respectively, we indicate a study of radio resource management method for small cells using higher frequency bands from super high frequency (SHF) to extremely high frequency (EHF), for spot cells by WLAN (Wi-Fi), and for moving cells in train.
