Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Last year the author presented a study on assistance for safe driving at a crossing by using ZigBee. It was shown that the method can be applied at crossings with no signals by conducting some experiments at the real crossing. However 2.4 G frequency bands are also used by Wireless LAN and Bluetooth so that in the highly congested case, the channel for the safety might not be obtained. This time I will propose a new method for safe driving at a crossing by using ZigBee and the other frequency band. In this technical report, I will only show the system design and some results of the experiments. More details of experiments will be shown at the next opportunity.
