Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we propose a high accurate wind noise suppression method in speech communication. The wind noise has a wide-band frequency component in low frequency range, and its magnitude changes with time, i.e., the wind noise is a non-stationary signal. The proposed method estimates the wind noise spectrum frame by frame using the closing operator and opening operator in frequency domain. Additionally, the proposed method maintain the speech quality by adjusting the spectral gain based on the input SNR. From the computational simulations, we reveal that the proposed method can remove the wind noise efficiently compared with the conventional methods. |
