Abstract(in English) | ICANN which manages various resources of the Internet, such as domain names and IP addresses, performed collection of new gTLDs in 2012. As these numerous TLDs come into use, it is pointed out that potential security risk, known as "Name Collision" in DNS may occur. In this paper, ICANN's activities of gTLDs are shown, and issues on introduction of large scale new gTLDs are described. |
