Study on Input Interface using Head Movement by Kinect

Abstract(in English) Physical disabilities operate appliances by Environmental Control System (ECS) using eye gazing and head movement. ECS needs parameters of physical condition and placement of machines. Then, we propose a method to automatically adjust the movement of the cursor without setting of parameters. We construct a head movement model and we calculate the intersection of the display and eye gazing. Then we move the mouse cursor using this intersection. As a result of experiment,we can kept an error between 20 and 80mm in distance of 1000~2500mm of user and display.
