Abstract(in English) In SCIS2012, we proposed a privacy preserving and utilization scheme, called the privacy preserving conditional disclosure, which can be useful in the information collaboration platform in electronic government and the medical/care network. The scheme works on a distributed personal information database in the clouds. Based on the multi-party circuit-evaluation protocol, it searches for persons with given properties in secret, and then it discloses other properties of the persons found in the search. Recently, in a series of the works, Chida, Hamada, Igarashi, and Takahashi proposed high-speed multiplication protocols which operate in the clouds. In this paper we propose a high-speed improvement of the privacy preserving conditional disclosure, based on their high-speed multiplication protocol.
