| 抄録(和) | 電子署名法が改正され,公的個人認証サービス業務が地方公共団体情報システム機構の業務に変更される.また,電子証明書を搭載する媒体が住民基本台帳カードから個人番号カードに変更され,電子証明書も署名用に加えて認証用の電子証明書も発行されるようになる.このように公的な電子証明書の利用拡大が進んでいる.一方,近年の携帯端末の普及率を考慮すると,携帯端末を用いて本人認証を含めたサービスを簡単かつ安全に利用できる仕組みが必要とされている.そのためには,携帯端末側のセキュアエレメントに対して電子証明書や鍵ペアなどの認証情報を安全に書き込む必要がある.本提案では,必ずしも安全性が確保されていない携帯端末を経由して,携帯端末に接続されたセキュアエレメントに対して電子証明書を発行する方法を提案する. |
| 抄録(英) | Act on Electronic Signatures and Certification Business was revised and duties of Public Certification Service for Individuals ware changed to the duties of Japan Agency for Local Authority Information System. In addition, a card equipped with a digital certificate is changed from the Basic Resident Register card to the personal number card. Furthermore, the digital certificate for the authentication will be published in addition to the digital certificate for the signature. In this way, a use scene of the public digital certificate spreads. On the other hand, the recent mobile terminal such as smart phone and tablet spread explosively. Organization receiving service using a mobile terminal safely is required. To realize it, it is necessary to write in the certification information such as the digital certificate and key pair for a secure element on the mobile terminal safely. We propose a method to issue an digital certificate for a secure element connected to a mobile terminal via the mobile terminal that safety is not guaranteed. |
