Abstract(in English) Video streaming has become the major source of Internet traffic nowadays. Most of the traffics for video streaming are delivered over TCP. However TCP variants used widely now can not perform good performance for video streaming. In addition, TCP has a influence for video streaming by large fluctuation of cwnd in slow start. Now, We show that video transport performance can be enhanced with small changes in TCP Slow Start. And we evaluate the performance with the actual machine and show the effectiveness.
