Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to know vehicles' positions in real time, it is necessary to transmit location information from them frequently to a server that manages their positions. In this case, however, network resource utilization is poor. On the other hand, increasing the transmission interval makes the accuracy of vehicles position management worse. In this paper, we propose dynamic data transmission control method for efficient vehicle position management to maintain the accuracy of data and decrease the number of transmission data.
