Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, wireless networks have been utilized in many situations. However, further increase in network capacity is essential in order to transfer large volume of traffic generated by various clients and applications. By introducing multi-channel environment, network capacity is increased while avoiding packet collisions and interferences. However, in the case that packet generation rate of uplink flow from wireless station to base station differs among wireless stations in multi-channel wireless LAN, throughput from a wireless station with relatively high packet generation rate decreases even if there is enough available network bandwidth. Therefore, in this paper, we allocate enough bandwidth to all wireless stations so that they transmit all generated packets safely if there is enough network bandwidth. Finally, we show the effectiveness of the proposed method by computer simulation.
