Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to manage quality of transcoded videos, we studied a quality estimation model using full reference metrics and features of videos for transcoded videos. However the conventional quality estimation models were simple multiple regression models and their precision was not sufficient. In this study, bit-rates of before and after transcoding are added to FR-metrics as parameters and we constructed a new quality estimation model to realize highly precise quality estimation. We confirmed that estimation errors of the proposed model was 55% of those of the conventional model.
