Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Mobile Virtual Network operators (MVNOs) are characterized as being mobile operators without their own infrastructure and government issued licenses. MVNOs have to enhance the Quality of Service (QoS) by reducing the serving time for users with existing spectrum resource. In our previous work, we have proposed an M/M/s-based model for the resource sharing between MVNOs. Nash Bargaining Solution (NBS) has been introduced to solve the unfairness problem of the resource sharing. In this paper, we show a more detailed analysis of the unfairness problem and propose a scheme to determine the decision strategies for both MVNOs based on the NBS results. Then, a more realistic mobile-network model is proposed. We evaluate the performance of the resource sharing mechanism in this model and determine the decision strategies with the NBS-based solution.
