| 抄録(和) | 我々は,緊張感の高い状況下で学生が自分自身で考え行動することで,新たな行動様式が形成されることを企図し有害事象説明実習を提案している.これはロールプレイング型実習で,医学生が医師に扮し,特別に訓練された患者家族役に対して有害事象(医療上の行為や管理が患者に健康被害を及ぼした事態)の説明を行うものである.我々はこのとき医学生の内面に発生する困惑が行動様式形成に重要な役割を果たすと考えている.質問紙の結果と実習中の様子を撮影したビデオ分析から,困惑が説明全体の完成度についての自己評価と負の相関を持つこと,また,相手の顔を見る時間とは正の相関を持つことを明らかにした. |
| 抄録(英) | We proposed an education method which was a kind of roll playing trainings. Two roles were in a play; one was a doctor in charge, and the other was a member of patient's family. The doctors were played by the medical students The students were required to explain adverse event cases. The medical students have to decide how they act in an atmosphere of tension. We examined the students behavior and mind using questionnaires and video analysis. We found their self rating of "feeling bewildered" has negative correlation with the self rating of "global quality of explanation" and positive correlation with the time of watching the face of patients families players. |
