Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The use of back channel in our dialogs is very important in monitoring the quality of the communication. In this report I will show how the use of back channel influences the atmosphere of the discourse. By a qualitative research to the high level learner of Japanese language, I will argue that the quantitative research in back channel is limited and the way to value the back channel has to be revised. |
