Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a novel iterative frequency offset estimation for sensor networks with Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum : DS-SS. In the proposed scheme, frequency offset is estimated based on the singular value decomposition in conjunction with a decorrelator that is introduced to improve the estimation performance in intersymbol interference channels. Because the frequency offset estimation attains high estimation performance in co-channel interference channels, the proposed estimation scheme achieves superior performance not only in intersymbol interference channels with co-channel interference, but also in the channel with big frequency offset. It is confirmed by computer simulation that the proposed estimation scheme achieves superior performance in 5-path Rayleigh fading with CIR=0dB, as far as the frequency offset normalized by the symbol duration is less than 7×10^1.
