Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Grammatical Evolution (GE) is one of the evolutionary computations which is designed for finding function, program or program fragment satisfying the design objective. A simple improvement idea of Grammatical Evolution is presented in this study. Instead of the simple Genetic Algorithm concept, stochastic schemata exploiter concept is employed for the Grammatical Evolution. Effectiveness of the present algorithm is discussed in the symbolic regression problem.
