| 抄録(和) | 認知症の治療や予防に役立つとされる非薬物療法の一つに「回想法」がある。回想法において認知症高齢者に発話を促す際に、本人にとって親しい人の声で語りかけることが、そうでない人の声の場合よりも記憶を蘇らせることに有効ではないか、という仮説のもとに、特別養護老人ホームで暮らす認知症高齢者3名を対象に、実証実験を行ない、その反応を評価・考察した。その結果、親しい人の声が記憶を蘇らせることに有効であるとまでは言い切れないが、笑顔の表出が増え、発話意欲が増えたため、脳の活性化を促す可能性が推察できた。 |
| 抄録(英) | Reminiscence has been shown to be one of the non-drug therapies effective in preventing and treatment of dementia. Our assumption is that familiar person's voice is more effective rather than unfamiliar person's voice, during reminiscence therapy on elderly person with dementia. In this study, to investigate the relation between reminiscence and characteristics of voice, we conducted demonstration experiment against three elderly people who lives in special elderly nursing home. As the result, it is not confirmed that familiar person's voice is more effective in recovering the memory. However, we also found that it can cause more smile and increasing motivation of speaking. It indicate the possibility that familiar person's voice might promoting the activation of the brain. |
