Abstract(in English) A recall which is launched to prevent accident caused by defect of product design and manufacturing is conducted about 100 times per year in consumer product such as housing equipment and building material. This report describes the result including new trial with different lines of business and also the consumer evaluation of recall effectiveness based on the result of uncollectible housing equipment and building material. Also, it proposes the efforts that focused on removing the risk of consumers regarding the remaining recalled products.
