| Abstract(in English) | Serious accidents caused by general products for daily life occur. In Japan, accident database is operated by NITE. In EU member states, RAPEX (the rapid alert system for non-food dangerous products) is operated. This system is not an accidents database, but the information system of dangerous products which are investigated in the market. For this information system, the risk assessment procedures and the hazards list are necessary. The risk assessment is carried out by the officers. They are not a designer. As the result, the description of hazards is mainly bases on the products properties. |
