Abstract(in English) | We developed a down converter based on the harmonic mixer for 60 GHz band wireless communications as IEEE802.11ad/15.3c. The phase and magnitude in the down converter have been measured using the Vector Network Analyzer (VNA). The VNA is calibrated by the absolute power calibration by a power sensor and the phase calibration by a comb generator. In this report, we would like to describe that the receiving side with the down converter is improved 5% Error Vector Magnitude by the compensation with the phase and magnitude successfully. |
