Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | A multimodal sensor integrated with electrical conductivity sensor, temperature sensor, and pH sensor was fabricated using Si-LSI circuit technique. The sensor was monitored several type of environment in agriculture, livestock raising, and disaster prevention fields. It was shown that the on-site monitoring was useful approach in their flelds. |
