Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Tacit knowledge of experts is expressed by instructional presentations in the course of daily instruction. This paper describes a framework for knowledge transmission by performing white board presentations in these instructions. Many lecture videos captured daily can be shared easily by uploading to server automatically. However, it is necessary to support video scene browsing because manual annotation to each video scene takes much time and efforts. This paper proposes a method of extracting key frames from temporal change of character area at white board. Experiments are conducted on lectures of classroom in university. The evaluation demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
